Yoga Nidra Meditation
Helen has completed a 100 hour certification in Yoga Nidra meditation and has been teaching classes in Bayside since July 2018.
Yoga Nidra is a beautiful meditation practice which is known as psychic sleep. This practice allows a relaxed mind, fluid mind and higher state of being. It is the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Yoga Nidra meditation classes are designed to completely let go of everyday life through a guided practice. A 45 minute practice is equivalent to 3-4 hours of restful sleep.
Due to current circumstances, all in studio classes have been placed on hold until further notice.
Online classes are now being offered as a weekly subscription. You will receive 3 classes every week which will be emailed to you as a link and each class will be different and available for two weeks.
One of the classes will be a live class via Zoom which will be held at 6.30am on a Monday morning. The recording will also be forwarded for your later viewing. The other two classes will be emailed on a Wednesday morning and Friday evening. This will mean you will have access to classes for the whole week of your subscription.

Online Individual Classes
Live Yoga Nidra Mediation classes are offered each week at 6.30am. Each class goes for approximately 50 minutes.
