Yoga Nidra Meditation

Classes commence on Thursday 31st January 2019 at Globe Athletic, Mordialloc. 

Classes are held at both 9.30am and 7.30pm during the school term (please note that 7.30pm class will commence 7th February). Each class runs for a an hour and finishes with a grounding warm tea.

A 10 class pass can be purchased for $180 or casual classes are $20 each

Moonlight Yoga Nidra Sound Bath

Wednesday 20th March – 7.00pm to 9.30pm

Parkdale Yacht Club, Beach Road, Parkdale

This divine event is a beautiful collaboration between Helen Forster and Graham Rankin (Sound Healer). The class will begin with a Yoga Nidra Meditation followed by a complete Sound Bath immersion by the Bay underneath the moonlight on the eve of the full moon.

To make sure you are completely comfortable during the experience please bring along a thick mat, blanket and pillow. Eye pillows will be provided for extra comfort.

Restore UR Soul is a 5 week program which includes 25 minutes of restorative movement on the mat with Dotti Peck from Bodyfit, 30 minutes of Mindset Coaching with Natalie McNamara from Be Kind 2 You and 20 minutes of guided meditation practise with Helen Forster from Whole Beginnings.

The connection between the Body, Mind & Soul influences the life we choose to live. The mind has thoughts that cause the emotions the body feels, while the soul communicates to us through our emotions.

Most people live life on an unconscious level, unaware of the power they hold inside. We exercise to keep our body healthy. We read to keep our mind healthy. We meditate to keep our soul healthy. When there is an imbalance in one of these connections, it reflects on the actions (or lack of actions) we take.

Caring for the body, the vessel shown to the world, through restorative exercise strengthens the connection with the mind.

Caring for the mind, your most powerful tool, solidifies the communication with the soul.

Caring for the soul, the emotional communicator, supports the body to help heal and learn.

When you begin to take responsibility for where you are currently at and where you ultimately want to be with your body, mind & soul connection, the life you have always thought would never eventuate for yourself WILL. It’s a powerful process that takes commitment to yourself ONLY and worth every minute of it.
