Why Fiercely Vulnerable…….

I have been holding women's circles for many years. In fact, they first began around my kitchen table and were usually just a one off. What I loved most about these circles was the connection that was formed, often beginnings as strangers, but always leaving as family.

Whilst I loved what always occurred in just a couple of hours, I knew that the secret to true connection to self, was vulnerability. A safe space to share, often things we may have never shared with out closest families and friends. We needed a place to be held, to be heard and to be seen.

I knew innately that the connection we were seeking was in a space that needed to organically grow, to expand, to rise. In realising this, I knew that we needed to journey together for more than just a one off. So, I created a year long journey where 8 women could step into a monthly safe space. And in this space, what has happened has completely blown me away. Each of my circles that journey together, become each other’s community, sister and family and they support each other in a way I could never have imagined.

Fiercely vulnerable circles have become more than just gatherings; they are sacred spaces where women can come together, support each other, and grow as individuals. Together, we learn, heal, and embrace our authentic selves, gaining the confidence to chase our dreams fearlessly.

Not only do these circles drive positive change within ourselves, the ripples flow out into our relationships, our families and into our communities. As we uplift one another, we become forces for good, inspiring kindness and compassion beyond our gatherings.

The next time you are drawn to join a women’s circle, I can say with hand on heart, you will find your way home……….
